Sessions are offered as private 1:1s using the full apparatus, or as duets on the Mat and Wunda Chair. Each session is tailored to your body and your goals, building strength, mobility, alignment and control.
Training takes place in a Gratz-equipped studio, using the highest standard of Classical Pilates apparatus.
