ONE-TO-ONE
Entirely focused on you.
One-to-one sessions give you the space, attention and guidance to develop your Pilates practice around your individual body, goals and experience.
I select exercises and apparatus based on what I see, how your body is moving that day and what we’re working towards together.
You may move between the Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels, Mat and smaller apparatus, working across the studio's collection of Gratz Classical Pilates equipment to support, challenge and develop your movement.

Share the experience. Find your own strength.
Experience Classical Pilates alongside a friend, partner or family member, with the energy of moving together while still receiving individual guidance.
Duet sessions combine Classical Mat work with the Wunda Chair. You’ll work alongside one another, with exercises adapted where needed so each of you can be appropriately challenged.
You don’t need to be at the same level. You don’t even need previous Pilates experience.

WE BEGIN WITH YOU
Before we start, we’ll talk about your experience, goals and anything that may influence how you move.
There is no test to pass and nothing you need to know beforehand.YOU MOVE
You’ll be guided through exercises selected for your starting point. There’s no need to know anything about Pilates or the apparatus before you arrive.WE BUILD FROM THERE
What I observe helps inform how we work together, allowing your practice to develop as your strength, control and confidence grow.FROM YOUR FIRST SESSION TO AN ESTABLISHED PRACTICE
Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or looking to take your movement further, you begin exactly where you are.
You may want to build strength, improve mobility, complement another sport or activity, develop greater control or simply move and feel better in your body.
As your practice develops, exercises become more familiar, new challenges are introduced and connections begin to emerge across the Classical system.
The aim isn’t simply to do more. IT’S TO MOVE EXCEPTIONALLY WELL

-
My teaching style is attentive, supportive and detail-focused. I’ll challenge you, but never for the sake of making an exercise harder. I want you to understand what you’re doing, feel confident asking questions and have the space to learn and move at your own pace.
I pay close attention to how you move and make adjustments throughout the session, so you’ll never be left to simply figure things out on your own.
-
Not at all. Sessions are suitable for complete beginners as well as those with previous Pilates experience. You’ll be guided throughout.
-
No. Exercises can be adapted so that each person works at an appropriate level while still sharing the session.
-
Duet sessions are booked together, so you’ll need to come with a friend, partner or family member.
-
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Please avoid exposed zips or hardware that could damage the apparatus. Hair should be tied back where appropriate, and grip socks are recommended.
